🐾 What is the minimum recommended age for your products?,

All our products are suitable for dogs aged 3 months and over. Always ensure fresh water is available,

🐾 Are your treats low in fat?,

As our cakes are a treat they are not low in fat, however they are low in calories and we only ever use DEFRA approved, dog safe sugars and ingredients.,

🐾 Are your treats Gluten / Wheat free?,

No - our treats are not Gluten or Wheat free however we only use wholemeal flour as opposed to white flour.,

🐾 What is the shelf-life of your products?,

All our products have a minimum shelf-life of 3 - 6 months if kept in the original packaging, in a cool, dry place.,

🐾 Is the yoghurt frosting supposed to be hard?,

Although our cakes do appear to look similar to a human version of a cupcake, they are very different as they have been designed and approved by DEFRA so they only contain the highest quality, dog safe ingredients. They are intended to be harder so the consistency you describe is exactly how we would expect. The yoghurt frosting we use does set rigid and through extensive research we have found this to be preferred by the furry community. As with all treats, one size does not fit all which is why we have worked hard to create a variety of tail-swishing treats. As with all treats, we only ever recommend that they are offered under supervision with clean, water available.,

🐾 My dog has allergies / medical condition, are your treats safe to consume?,

We always recommended that you consult your vet before purchasing for any specific allergies or medical conditions just to be on the safe side. If you need a comprehensive list of a certain products ingredients and analytical constituents pop us a message and we'll be happy to help!,

🐾 Are your products Vegetarian / Vegan?,

All our products are meat free but they do contain egg and milk derivatives so not suitable for Vegan dogs.,

🐾 Are your products natural?,

No - as with human cakes they are designed to be a treat only and do contain additives and extra ingredients to add to the yummyness. Our products are designed to be given as part of a balanced diet, and a little bit of what you fancy does you good 😉
