We aim to deliver within 5 Working Days, if an item(s) is out of stock, we will contact you to replace or refund the out-of-stock item(s)

  • UK Delivery Charge Standard £5.95

Delivery on our standard service may be left in a safe place should you not be at home at the time of delivery. If you would rather request a specific location please advise us of that location when placing your order so that we can instruct our courier. If you are not happy with the safe place please use our Signed For service.

We aim to process and send out all deliveries within 3-5 working days from receipt of cleared funds.

In the event, you wish to cancel your order, due to the 30 Mile Delivery Radius we charge £4.95 to re-cover our Administration and Processing Fees.

Please ensure you fully read the Product Description carefully, specifically for Delivery Restraints on the top line of Every Product Description that this applies to, as some items can not be delivered UK-wide or up to a maximum of 30 miles.

All our products are produced off-site for us by DEFRA registered Businesses, Producers and Kitchens of long-standing. Pet Food Plant in accordance with APHA standards and or part of the PIF Pet Industry Federation.  All products are batch-coded, rotated, and managed in accordance with the guidelines and their Best Before or Use By Date.

We will check the availability of the order, if anything is out of stock we will email you and ask if you wish it to be substituted or refunded item(s), we will then package it ready for postage and send it on the next delivery slot.

Yes, we can supply an Invoice for orders of the final status of the item(s) posted on request.

Due to the increased risk of damages from those delivering products for us, and unable to ensure resin products.  We deliver these items to you up to 30 Miles from BS27 3QE with a standard delivery charge.  Please ensure you leave instructions in the Special Comments on checkout for these arrangements.

OUR “GORGEOUS ANIMALS” (GOODWILL POLICY)

We will offer a full refund if an item is found to be faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you will need to inform us within 36 hours of delivery via email, attaching photo evidence of the damage and or problem with the product

If you wish to Cancel your order you will need to let us know by 14 days of receiving your goods, goods must be received in the original packaging and returned to us within the next 14 days for a full refund. Return postage costs will be paid for by you the customer.

ONCE CONFIRMED WITH US THE REFUND IS OK TO GO AHEAD AND ENCLOSE PROOF OF PURCHASE

  • PACK ITEMS SECURELY.
  • WE ADVISE YOU TO OBTAIN A RECEIPT FROM THE POST OFFICE FOR PROOF OF DESPATCH
  • REFUNDS FOR ITEMS RETURNED BY POST ARE CREDITED TO THE ORIGINAL CARD USED
  • MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A VALID RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.
  • THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING IS INTACT.
